Regular Business Hours and Rates
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM our Service Call Charge is $75.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $65.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would be charged at $32.50.

Emergency Call Rates
Emergency calls are considered to be calls received after regular business hours where immediate service is required. Our Emergency Service Call rate is $110.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $100.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would be charged at $50.00.

Statutory and Civic Holiday Rates
Service Call Rate: $170.00 (Includes first ½ hour of labour)
Hourly Rate: $130.00 (Billed in ½ hour increments)

We endeavour to respond to Emergency Calls expediently. For most areas of Pickering, Toronto and the GTA our response times vary between 1/2 hour and 1 hour depending upon volume of traffic, road travel conditions and volume
